These guidelines outline how our partnership works, what we expect from each partner, and how we can best support your growth while serving our users.

The MCFreelance Hosting Partner Program is designed to:

  • Promote high-quality Minecraft hosting providers directly to our community.
  • Give partners increased visibility through our website listings and promotional content.
  • Provide exclusive first-order discounts to encourage client signups.
  • Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships within the Minecraft ecosystem.

🧩 Partnership Expectations

1. Service Quality

Partners must maintain a high standard of uptime, performance, and customer service. Hosting companies should:

  • Maintain 99% or higher uptime whenever possible.
  • Offer responsive technical support (ideally within 24 hours).
  • Use modern, optimized hardware suitable for Minecraft performance.

2. Client Experience

  • All customers referred through MCFreelance should receive the same level of service as any other paying client — or better.
  • Partners agree to honor exclusive discounts offered to MCFreelance users.
  • Refunds, billing, and support are handled directly by the partner, not MCFreelance.
  • Partners must notify MCFreelance of any major service changes, outages, or rebranding.

3. Brand Representation

  • MCFreelance and partners will represent each other's brands professionally and respectfully.
  • MCFreelance will display your logo, description, and link on our website.
  • Partners agree to allow MCFreelance to use basic brand assets (logo, name, banner) for promotional use.
  • Any co-branded content (ads, posts, graphics) must be approved by both parties before publication.

4. Discount & Referral Program

  • To help drive conversions, partners agree to provide MCFreelance users with a percentage discount on their first order.
  • The specific percentage or code is determined by the partner.
  • Discount codes must remain valid for at least 90 days from partnership approval.
  • Partners may also share affiliate or referral links for commission tracking.

5. Partnership Duration

  • Partnerships are ongoing but reviewed every 6 months for relevance and performance.
  • Either party may request to pause or terminate the partnership with written notice.

📢 Promotion & Placement

MCFreelance will feature hosting partners through:

  • Website listings under "Recommended Hosting Partners"
  • Branded callouts or affiliate placements on relevant pages
  • Optional inclusion in event sponsorships or creator collaborations

Partners may also promote their affiliation with MCFreelance using approved assets (badges, banners, etc.).

🛡️ Compliance & Conduct

To remain an approved partner, companies must:

  • Operate ethically and avoid false advertising or deceptive marketing.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding payments, data, and client rights.
  • Maintain family-friendly branding suitable for our Minecraft audience.

MCFreelance reserves the right to suspend or remove partnerships if these terms are not upheld.
